Who We Are

We serve the City of San Jose with pride as union members of MEF - AFSCME Local 101 and IFPTE Local 21.

We are frontline city workers that provide essential services in San Jose. We are librarians, emergency dispatchers, planners, animal shelter techs, veterinarians, airport staff, engineers, water maintenance staff, code enforcement, recreational leaders, architects, environmental specialists, transportation staff, food and nutritional staff, and more.
